I regret to inform you of the death of Bro. Frank Carter Spencer III,  Beta Tau Chapter of Gamma Delta Psi fraternity.  My appreciation goes to Bro. Franck Judkins who alerted me to this sad news.  This obituary appeared in today’s edition of the Richmond (Virginia) Times Dispatch newspaper.  May Bro. Carter rest in eternal Peace.
