Brother Tony Pascuzzi, Alpha Eta Chapter informed us of the passing of Brother Jeff Licastro of Alpha Eta Chapter. Tony says Jeff was his little Brother and they were really close. Brother Jeff was Class of 1978 at Niagara Falls High School in Niagara Falls, NY.
